To ensure campaign success, the client agrees to provide necessary access to website CMS, analytics accounts, and social media profiles. 2G Web Networks LLC is not responsible for delays caused by lack of access or approval from the client.
Any creative assets, ad copy, or content produced by 2G Web Networks LLC becomes the property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified. 2G Web Networks LLC retains the right to use aggregate performance data for case studies, excluding any confidential proprietary information.
While we strive for the best possible results, 2G Web Networks LLC cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, or conversion rates due to the dynamic nature of search engine algorithms and ad platforms. We are not liable for business losses related to third-party platform changes.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the client contract.
